Ordering Prints

See some photos that you like in the Mattapoisett 2009 photo albums? Well you can order prints to keep!

To order, follow these steps:

1. Find the photos you like, and write down the numbers. The numbers can be found at the bottom left as seen in the picture.
   
   


2. Download the order form here:PDFMS Word


3. Fill out ALL information


4. Mail to the address on the order sheet with a check enclosed, made out to Brian Rose Baseball.
